The go kart track at Adkins Speed Center began in 1982, and has been shaped by four generations of the Adkins family including the current owner who is an 18-time national champion. This LGBTQ friendly enterprise provides an inclusive environment for developing competitors, and caters to enthusiasts at all levels of the sport. Rental drivers must be at least 13 years of age and 60 inches tall to drive. Club racing is available for kart owners, and go kart arrive and drive rentals are available to the public. Driver school or coaching is offered here.
