About One Stop Karting
One Stop Karting helps outdoor karting enthusiasts by making the sport more accessible to anyone interested in outdoor kart racing. We’re a club-level racer and a spectator and are setting up this site to share what we’ve learned over 5 years of club racing and track visits. Use the search options to find go kart tracks near you and get a quick overview of the main ways to get on track.
For many people, indoor karting is a natural entry point to motor racing. Indoor tracks are centrally located with consistent offerings, prices, and rules. They’re optimized for quick turnover in high foot traffic areas where you can “arrive and drive” seamlessly.
Getting started in outdoor karting is less straightforward. Some outdoor tracks provide kart rentals, rental league racing, driver coaching programs, and more. Others may have restrictive membership requirements or allow open practice but not offer club racing.
Once you’ve made the leap to club racing and are spending every weekend at the track you find there is always more to learn. At the club level, competition karting requires purchasing, storing, maintaining, and hauling a go kart. Go kart tracks host karting clubs, associations, national teams, and local businesses. This mix expands the range of services on-site, but does not make it easy to tell what’s available or how to get started.
Karting is a day- or weekend-long activity. Every track has its own community of racers, families, and fans that contribute to a fun environment of learning and celebrating wins. But where will you eat, sleep, stay warm, or get away from the sun during your visit? Since racers and venues don’t always prioritize these questions, One Stop Karting is your source for information about the karting circuits, classes, series, and amenities in your area.
